Yotobi Cristal
A refreshing twist on tradition with a hint of absinthe intrigue.
1 ½ oz Yotobi Sandía
½ oz elderflower liquor
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Rhubarb bitters
Absinthe spray
Instructions
Add the Yotobi, elderflower, lime juice, and simple syrup to a mixing glass.
Add ice, shake well, and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Spray with absinthe.
