Alberca Refresca

A tropical twist with a herbaceous wink, rimmed with intrigue.
1.5 oz Yotobi Piña
¼ oz lime juice
Mint leaves
Basil leaves
Rosemary sprig
Vanilla bitters
Black pepper
Smack the mint & basil leaves between your palms to release the oils and aroma. After, place them in a wine glass, rimmed with black pepper and salt, and filled with crushed ice. Separately, add the Yotobi, lime juice, and a dash of bitters to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake well, and strain over icon into the wine glass. Top with sprite and garnish with rosemary.
