Fennel & citrus mingle in this bubbly, sweet & sprightly sip.
1 ½ oz Yotobi Naranja
¼ oz honey
¼ oz lemon juice
Chocolate bitters
2 sprigs of fennel leaf
Ginger beer
Sparkling water
Instructions
Muddle the fennel leaves in a mixing tin. Add the Yotobi, honey, lemon juice, and a dash of bitters to the glass.
Shake well and strain over crushed ice in a collins glass.
Top with equal parts ginger beer and sparkling water.
Garnish with a sprig of fennel.
