Basque'd in Light

Sunset in a glass: a refreshing mezcal twist with a zesty, herbaceous kick.
1 ½ oz Yotobi Sandía
½ oz Basbas (or herbaceous aperitif)
¼ oz maple syrup
Lemon bitters
Sparkling water
Cucumber slice
Tajin salt
Stir the Yotobi, Basbas, maple syrup, and a dash of bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Strain over ice into a rocks Tajin rimmed rocks glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
