Piña Refrescarita
A refreshing blend of Yotobi Piña Mezcal, Nixta Licor de Elote, lime, and mole bitters, topped with soda water, and garnished with pineapple and mint. Crisp and invigorating.
1 ½ oz Yotobi Piña mezcal
½ oz Nixta Licor de Elote
½ oz lime juice
Mole (or chocolate) bitters
4 oz soda water
Pineapple slice and mint, for garnish
Instructions
Fill a glass with ice. Add Yotobi Piña mezcal, Nixta, lime juice, four dashes of mole bitters, and soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple slice and mint sprig. Sip with a straw.
